Privacy policy
How we handle information you share through this website.

Draft for review. This policy has not yet been approved for public launch.
About this policy
This notice covers the Verita Life website and enquiries sent through it. Clinical care, medical records, and treatment agreements may be covered by additional information provided by the clinic.
The existing Verita Life privacy policy identifies Verita Life Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore. The responsible entity and privacy contact for this rebuilt website are being confirmed before public launch.
Information you give us
Our enquiry forms ask for your name and email address. A consultation request also asks for a phone number, country, and whether you are enquiring for yourself or someone else. You can include a message and choose whether to receive marketing communications.
Please do not send medical records, scans, diagnoses, or treatment histories through this website. Free-text messages can contain sensitive information, so include only what is needed for the team to respond and ask for the appropriate clinical intake route.
How enquiries are handled
We use your contact details to respond to your request and keep a record of the enquiry. The website sends contact information to Pipedrive and delivers an enquiry email through Resend. Your message is included in the email to the team, not in the Pipedrive record.
A required privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice. Optional marketing permission is separate and is not required to ask a question or request a consultation. You can withdraw marketing permission by contacting us.
Website services and analytics
The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Sanity to deliver its content. These services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Optional analytics are controlled through Cookie settings. The cookie policy explains the site’s consent controls. Contact details, messages, and medical information must not be sent to analytics or advertising tools.
Access, storage, and retention
Enquiries are handled by the people and service providers supporting the website and patient care team. Service providers and group teams may operate in countries other than your own.
The applicable legal bases, retention periods, recipient locations, and transfer safeguards are being checked as part of the policy review. This draft does not establish a new retention period or authorise additional sharing.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or receive a portable copy. Some rights have exceptions, including where records must be kept by law.
Use our Contact page to make a privacy request or ask to reach the person responsible for data protection. Please do not include identity documents or medical records in the initial message. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Enquiries for someone else
If you contact us for another person, share only the information you are authorised to provide. A parent or guardian should contact the team about enquiries involving a child.
External services and updates
Links to WhatsApp, external websites, and video services take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information.
We will show the effective date here when the policy has been approved. Material changes to optional tracking purposes will require a new cookie choice.
