Cookie policy
How we use cookies and how you can change your choice.

Your choice
Google's tags load on every page, including before you make a choice. Until you accept, and if you reject, they run in Google's consent mode: they set no cookies and send Google a basic record that a page was viewed or an enquiry was sent, with the page address, the time and your browser type, and without cookie or advertising identifiers. Google uses these records to estimate how many visits and enquiries come from its ads.
You choose analytics and advertising separately in Cookie settings, from the footer or this page, and can change either at any time. Using the website without choosing does not count as consent to either.
Essential storage
The verita_consent cookie records your choice, the consent version, and when you made it. It lasts for up to six months unless you clear it or change your choice. It contains no name, contact details, or enquiry message.
A local browser preference signal synchronises your cookie choice between open tabs. It does not contain enquiry information. Authorised content editors may also have a separate preview-session cookie.
For the length of your browser tab, the site also keeps the page you arrived on and the ad parameters in its address, and sends them with any enquiry you make. This is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, and is deleted when you close the tab.
Optional analytics and advertising
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies and Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, with what you type hidden. Clarity loads only after that choice.
If you accept advertising, Google Ads sets cookies to link an enquiry to the ad that led to it. Google Analytics may use cookies named _ga and _ga_*, Google Ads _gcl_au, and Microsoft Clarity _clck and _clsk.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings to save a different choice. Rejecting analytics or advertising removes the related cookies and returns Google's tags to consent mode, and Clarity stops. A browser restriction also blocks further requests from scripts already loaded on that page.
If you accept analytics again after withdrawing on the same page, the saved choice takes effect for analytics when you next reload or open a new page in a fresh browser document. Your enquiry form is not reloaded or cleared when you change your choice.
Videos and external services
Videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player when you choose to play them. This connects your browser to YouTube and its own privacy practices apply. A video play is separate from the site’s analytics choice.
External links, including WhatsApp and directions, open services with their own cookie and privacy notices.
