Fast Track & Arrival Service*

Upon arrival in Thailand, you will be fast tracked through immigration and then transferred to your hotel in a private car without any airport hassle.

Daily Transportation

Depending on your hotel option chosen, you will be driven to the clinic by our van between 9 to 10 a.m. and back to your hotel at end of your treatment each day.

Hospital Partnerships

Our clinics are dedicated to giving you a caring and healing environment. If hospitalisation care or any other hospital procedure is required, necessary arrangements will be made for you.

Day to Day Assistance

So that you can focus on getting better, our team are here to assist you with what you may need whether that will be making arrangements for out-of-clinic care if you travel to us alone, visa extension, and etc.

Insurance Claim

Depending on the policy coverage, many of our patients have been reimbursed for all or part of their treatment. We can assist you with completion of insurance forms, if necessary.

Departure Service

To ensure your smooth travel home, we will be transferred to the airport in a private care and fast tracked** through the immigration.

Post Treatment Service

Our relationship does not end when your in-clinic treatment programme finishes. Through our Follow Up Programme, our team will be in touch to check on your conditions and arrange for you to speak to our doctors whenever you need.

* due to the Covid pandemic and government requirements, we unfortunately cannot currently provide fast track service for both arrival and departure and on your arrival to the Bangkok Airport, you will be directly transferred to the quarantine facilities by transportation arranged by one of the hospitals.
